Rules of Play:

1. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.
2. The lottery dates below will occur in the Province of Ontario.
3. Purchasers will be provided with a receipt for their 50/50 Registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
4. There will be no ticket refunds issued.
5. There is no minimum number of tickets that must be sold.
6. Only 1 winning ticket number will be produced.
7. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery numbers sold for the draw.
8. The amount of the 50/50 will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased.
9. Winners will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the draw. The winner’s name will also be posted on the Action Volunteers for Animals website.
10. Winner will also be posted on our Social Media pages.
11. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to Action Volunteers for Animals, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
12. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:
    1. Residents outside of Ontario.
    2. Anyone under the age of 18.
    3. Action Volunteers for Animals Board of Directors as well as their spouses, children and children in law are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
